We can advise and assist on V.A.T. registration and produce quarterly V.A.T. returns from clients’ records or bookkeeping services provided by ourselves. We also provide a VAT checking service and can assist with investigations by H.M. Revenue and Customs.

Weekly, monthly or quarterly bookkeeping can be provided for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. This is tailored to individual needs and priced accordingly. All bookkeeping is produced electronically and we can provide managerial accounting services in conjunction with bookkeeping, to assist with budgeting, planning and forecasting.

We can provide weekly, two weekly, four weekly or monthly payroll. Included in this service is the production of payslips, completion of P.A.Y.E. remittance, processing of all starters and leavers (including production of P45’s) and the filing online at the year end (including production of P35’s and P11D’s).

We can offer an annual fixed fee arrangement which includes Bookkeeping, VAT, Wages/P.A.Y.E., Accounts, Corporation Tax Returns/Partnership Returns and Income Tax Returns.

As part of the service we acquire a certificate of incorporation, company register and three lots of memorandum and articles of association. Typing services can be provided at a cost of £3 a sheet, these can be replicated at a cost of 7p a sheet. Facsimile can be sent nationally or internationally cost dependant on destination.

Photocopying is provided within the Bovey Tracey office at a cost of 7p a sheet. This is limited to black and white A4 only.
