Our Services

Year End Accounts
We prepare year end accounts for all types of businesses, whether you’re a one man band or have a team of people working for you. You give us your accounting records –whether its on a computer spreadsheet, a ledger or even your bags of receipts and we’ll get on with the job of making sure your year end accounts are completed and submitted securely, online, by the due date.

If you have chosen to use our book keeping service then we will take all the information we have and use this to prepare your year end accounts.

We’ll also deal with any HMRC queries for you and of course we are always on hand to give you advice relating to your business finances.

Book Keeping Services
If you run any kind of business you need to keep accurate records, not just for yourself but also for HM Revenue and Customs. Book keeping can be a time consuming process and one that most people find a little bit tedious, but it’s an important job. The information from your book keeping helps you to keep track of your business, your sales and your profits and see your cash flow situation, as well as providing information for your year end accounts.

We offer a full book keeping service in addition to producing year end accounts.

VAT
Whether you register for VAT or not depends upon your turnover or whether you have decided to register voluntarily. We can offer advice and assistance about VAT registration, helping you to review the effects on your business and if necessary handle the registration paperwork.

Once your business is registered, or if you are already registered, we will calculate the quarterly VAT that is due for your company and complete your VAT returns. All you have to do is send us the information needed to complete the returns and then make the required payment to HM Revenue and Customs.

Once you have sent us the necessary information you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that your VAT return will be completed accurately and promptly minimising the time you spend on paperwork and freeing up your time to run your business.

Payroll Services
Wages take up time - your time – time that you would probably rather use to run your business and lets face it, calculating tax, national insurance, sick pay, overtime, pensions contributions, maternity benefits, student loan deductions is not a job for the faint hearted.

We offer a comprehensive payroll service, with flexible payroll inputting - email or fax or post. All you need to do is provide us with the employee details and tell us how much you want to pay them and we’ll make sure that all your legislative requirements are looked after and take on the day to day running of the PAYE scheme. And remember, even a one person company has to be registered for PAYE and the taxman will not allow you to simply draw dividends, even if it is more tax efficient.

We'll produce your payslips, at whatever intervals you nominate, whether that's weekly, fortnightly or monthly, tell you what tax and National Insurance contributions are due, complete any P45's and P60's and then complete all the end of year returns. We'll let you know when there are changes that affect your payroll, such as increases in the basic rate of pay or National Insurance contributions and we are always here to offer help and advice should you have any questions or queries relating to your payroll scheme. In other words, we will do everything that's needed to ensure your payroll is running smoothly and efficiently.

Self Assessment
Sometimes completing your own Tax return can seem like a daunting job. With a full Return having 10 pages plus supplementary pages how can you be sure that you are giving all the correct information on your Self Assessment to make certain you’re not going to pay too much tax? And putting off completing your Tax Return is not an option because HM Customs and Revenue impose penalties and surcharges if you miss the tax return and payment deadlines.

We offer a simple, quick and comprehensive service to help take away the burden of completing your Tax Return. Our qualified and experienced staff will use their knowledge to help you maximise your tax savings and minimise your tax liabilities.

We will calculate your tax liabilities for you, complete the forms and then submit your completed Tax Return giving you the time to relax and enjoy yourself.

Tax
Whether you’re a sole trader, a sub contractor or an employer running your own business you can’t avoid “Tax” but we are here to help you to understand what taxes you need to pay and when and help your business to reduce its tax liabilities using tax efficient methods.

Its our job to work with you to ensure that your business is running in the most tax efficient way as well as offering clients support and advice on taxation matters.

Once you have paid the taxman its important that you have the right financial arrangements in place to acheive your goals and ambitions. So, we work with a specialist to guide our clients through the maze of options available and ensure that all your taxation matters are dealt with.

Company formation and administration
If you already run a company or you’re thinking about setting one up, there are certain actions that need to be undertaken and we can advise you on what needs to be done and when. We’ll make sure that you are meeting all your statutory and legal requirements and we can even act as a registered address for your company.

We can assist with the formation of a new company, issue shares and file the correct documents with Companies House online and on time making sure that you avoid penalties.

It couldn’t be any simpler. You take care of running your business and making a profit while we take care of all the paperwork.
